Ajith Ranasinha is a digital transformation consultant and IT strategist with over three decades of experience in information technology, large-scale project management, and enterprise solutions. He brings a proven track record of driving organisational efficiency and profitability through innovative IT strategies, ERP implementations, and technology-led business transformation.

 

Ajith’s career spans senior leadership roles across the apparel, manufacturing, and technology sectors in Sri Lanka and the UAE. He served as Chief Information Officer at Crystal Martin Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd, and has held senior positions at MAS Capital (Pvt) Ltd, Sabre Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, Assette, Martin Emprex (Far East) Dubai, EDS Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, and Datamation Systems (Pvt) Limited. His notable contributions include the introduction of paperless and real-time data capturing systems on production floors, use of RFID technology, the implementation of large-scale ERP systems, and the establishment of IT departments from inception.

 

He is a PMP certified Project Manager and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
